We came out of the UofA’s business accelerator program in 2022 and have received a substantial amount of support from investors and the university community. We have experienced rapid growth and are actively hiring to meet increasing demand.
Position: Marketing and Administration Assistant
We are looking for a motivated individual to join us as a Marketing & Administration Assistant for the Fall 2025 co-op term. In this role, you will have the opportunity to support both the external marketing efforts & internal operations of a fast-growing startup by:
Assisting with the planning and promotion of on-campus events and student outreach campaigns
Creating content for social media, newsletters, posters, and digital marketing materials
Supporting executives and team members with scheduling, organization, and general administration
Helping track marketing metrics and managing shared internal documents
Contributing creative ideas to improve student engagement and brand visibility on campus

Requirements:
Currently enrolled in a post-secondary co-op program – Ideally in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities – You enjoy managing to-do lists and seeing things through.
Creative mindset – You like brainstorming new ways to get people interested and involved.
Comfortable using social media platforms and productivity tools – Tools like Google Suite, Canva, and others are part of your day-to-day.
Clear communicator – You’re confident in both written and verbal communication.
Excited to be part of a fast-moving, collaborative team – You’re adaptable and enjoy working with others to make things happen.
Experience in event planning, student leadership, or digital content creation is a bonus, but not required.
Compensation:
$20 per hour
After a successful co-op term, employees may be invited to continue in a full-time salaried position, with opportunities for growth and expanded responsibilities within the company.
