Position: Executive Assistant
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support our CEO, Zach, and the rest of the executive team. This role is essential to keeping the leadership team organized, informed, and effective as we continue to grow.
This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, thrives in fast-paced environments, and enjoys being at the center of the action. Your responsibilities will include:
Acting as the right-hand to the CEO by managing schedules, emails, and administrative needs
Taking and organizing notes during internal and client-facing meetings
Preparing and distributing concise meeting summaries and action items
Booking meetings and handling calendar logistics for executives and their teams
Attending high-level meetings and occasionally traveling with the executive team
Assisting with day-to-day operational tasks as needed

Requirements:
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills – You’re the kind of person who lives by their calendar and loves a well-structured to-do list.
High level of professionalism and discretion – You’ll be in meetings with executives, clients, and stakeholders on a regular basis.
Comfortable with a people-heavy schedule – This is a very meeting-driven role; you should enjoy working around and with others consistently.
Willingness to travel – Occasional travel may be required to support the executive team.
Strong written and verbal communication – Clear, concise note-taking and follow-ups are critical to this role.
Proactive and adaptable – You stay one step ahead, are comfortable with change, and can solve problems on the fly.
Compensation:
Annual salary, based on experience and qualifications.
